Eagle Combinator is a hands-on, 13-week incubator in Tirana, Albania focused on taking founders from idea to pitch-ready startup with real mentorship and practical experience. Unlike other programs, we provide structured phases — Bootstrap, Build Lab, and Launch Pad — that guide you step by step.

We welcome students, early-stage founders, existing teams, and even small businesses looking to innovate. Whether you have an idea or not, if you're motivated to build something meaningful, we want to hear from you.

The program is divided into three phases: Bootstrap (3 weeks) where you form your team and validate your idea, Build Lab (5 weeks) where you develop your MVP, and Launch Pad (5 weeks) where you prepare for launch and pitch to investors.
